Privacy Policy
This Policy explains how ΛLΛV collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit alav.shop, use a related application, shop, communicate with us, or interact with our services.
Scope and responsible party
This Policy applies to personal information processed through alav.shop, ΛLΛV applications, online checkout, customer support, marketing, promotions, careers, wholesale inquiries, and related digital interactions that link to this Policy.
ΛLΛV may also be written as “ALAV” for technical, payment, search, or accessibility purposes. The seller or service operator identified in the applicable order confirmation, payment record, or legal notice is responsible for the relevant processing.
This Policy does not govern an independent third party’s service, website, payment account, social platform, carrier, or privacy practice.
Information we collect
Sources of information
We collect information directly from you; automatically from browsers, devices, cookies, SDKs, and applications; from payment processors, fraud-prevention services, delivery carriers, marketing and analytics providers; from social platforms when you interact with us; from business partners; and from publicly available or legally permitted sources.

- create and maintain accounts, saved preferences, loyalty features, and customer history;
- answer questions, provide support, and communicate about orders, safety, policies, or service changes;

- comply with tax, accounting, consumer-protection, privacy, safety, legal, and regulatory obligations; and
- establish, exercise, or defend legal rights and enforce our agreements.
Where a legal basis is required, processing may rely on performance of a contract, steps requested before a contract, consent, compliance with law, protection of vital interests, and our legitimate interests balanced against applicable privacy rights.

We may disclose relevant information to:
- hosting, cloud, e-commerce, application, customer-support, communications, analytics, and security providers;

- other parties when you direct, request, or consent to the disclosure.
Service providers are expected to process information for authorized purposes and under appropriate contractual or legal restrictions.
Cookies, analytics, advertising, and tracking
We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, local storage, tags, and similar technology for authentication, carts, preferences, fraud prevention, performance, analytics, attribution, and advertising.
Browser or device settings may allow you to block or delete certain technologies, but essential functions such as login, cart, checkout, and fraud protection may not work correctly.
We do not sell personal information for monetary payment. However, some disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising or analytics may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain state laws. Where applicable, we provide required opt-out methods and process recognized browser-based opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.
Payments and financial information
Payments are generally processed by independent payment providers. ΛLΛV may receive tokens, card brand, last digits, billing details, payment status, risk signals, and transaction records, but does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers unless expressly necessary and lawfully secured.
Your payment provider’s own privacy policy also applies to its processing.
Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including order fulfillment, customer service, warranties, returns, taxes, accounting, fraud prevention, legal claims, safety, and compliance.
Retention periods vary by data type and legal obligation. Information may remain in backups for a limited period and may be retained longer when required by law, litigation hold, dispute, security need, or legitimate recordkeeping purpose.
Data security and incidents
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to be reasonable for the nature of the information, business size, and risk. Measures may include access controls, encryption in transit, provider due diligence, authentication, monitoring, backups, and incident-response procedures.
No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting passwords and devices and for contacting us promptly about suspected unauthorized activity. We will provide legally required notifications after a qualifying security incident.
Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:
- confirm whether we process your information and obtain access or a portable copy;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- request deletion, subject to legal and operational exceptions;
- opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling;
- limit certain uses of sensitive personal information;
- withdraw consent where processing depends on consent;
- appeal a denied request where applicable; and
- exercise rights without unlawful discrimination.
Submit requests to info@alav.shop. Describe the request and identify the account or transaction. We may verify identity and authority before responding. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority, and we may still verify the consumer directly where permitted.
Additional U.S. state privacy disclosures
Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights described above. The categories collected in the preceding 12 months are generally those listed in Section 2; the business purposes and recipient categories are listed in Sections 4–6.
We do not knowingly use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit beyond what is reasonably necessary to provide requested services, maintain security, prevent fraud, or comply with law.
If an appeal is available after denial of a privacy request, reply to the decision email with the subject “Privacy Appeal” and explain the basis for the appeal.
Children’s privacy
The services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13 without legally required parental consent.
If you believe a child provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Parents or guardians should supervise purchases made by minors.
International processing and transfers
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where ΛLΛV or its providers operate. Privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Where required, we use appropriate legal mechanisms and safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Third-party links and public content
External websites, app stores, social platforms, payment services, and carriers are governed by their own privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
Reviews, comments, social posts, and other content you choose to make public may be visible, copied, or shared by others. Do not publish order numbers, addresses, payment details, or other sensitive information.
